ABOUT ME
Dr. Christian Gonzalez, aka Dr. G, completed his Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine at the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2014. During his time there, he took interest in many fields of medicine, but it wasn’t until his mother passed of cancer that he decided to shift his focus to oncology.
The evolution of Dr. G was in cancer. Upon graduation, he completed his residency at the Cancer Treatment Center of America in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he found a passion in helping people optimize their health in preventing chronic disease. He soon realized that cancer was not simply nutritional or exercise-based, it was much more than that.
The relationships we have with our home, the environment, and the people in our lives all play a role in the development of chronic disease. As he studied this concept more, Dr. G became passionate about environmental medicine as well as the mind, body, spirit connection.
Everything is connected, from the foods we eat to the way we think and interact with the world and the people in our lives. These seemingly small factors all play a large part when it comes to our health and longevity. Because of this, Dr. G has shifted from working with patients to focusing his energy on mass education. He has become a trusted voice in the auditing of healthy brands so that the consumer is empowered to make the best choice for themselves and their families.
He is also the host of a weekly podcast called Heal Thy Self, which focuses on giving people the tools they need to truly heal from the inside out and highlights some of the top medical professionals in the industry.
Dr. Christian Gonzalez has been featured in countless media outlets including MSN, the LA Times, Shape, and more.. He currently lives in Los Angeles, California where he continues his mission of empowering people with the knowledge and the courage to take their health into their own hands.

Just 1 week after I had my session with you, a situation happened where I had to converse with my mom. I had not talked to her in 4 years. If I had not had that session with you, it would have sent me in an emotional tailspin. Natalia B.

I was part of the group on Saturday and want to thank you for the immense amount of love and energy you put into it. It brought awareness to tightness and blocks in my body that I had no idea about before. Far exceeded my expectations.

I attended my 2nd session with you online last Saturday. Since our session… not one ounce of pain! Thank you so much for the opportunity to attend these online.
The five stages of emotional healing are awareness of the body, connection to tension, connection to emotion, acceptance of emotion, and expression of emotion.
The Emotional Release method is a way to process our emotions and release them from the body. It uses breathwork, visualization, and touch to help us access those emotions and release them from the fascia, the body, and beyond. This allows us to reconnect with our bodies and emotions and make sense of what might otherwise be chaotic and overwhelming. In addition, the Emotional Release process leverages a truly holistic approach — meaning that you aren’t just going in circles reliving old stories and patterns as you might in talk therapy, but you’re getting to the root cause of physical and mental illness caused by emotional suppression and transmuting it.
The process of emotional healing will depend on the person. We are layered beings like onions and some of us are repressing more emotion and feel unsafe in our bodies. It usually takes a person between 1 to 3 sessions to begin feeling transformation but it is up to the individual to integrate these practices to keep their nervous system stabilized in more safety.
